What's It Like Working at Little Caesars
Challenging but fun!
Great place to work. Invest in your managers and you will have a great and rewarding experience! Don't invest in your managers and you will be working more at home than you do in the field with phone calls and troubleshooting
Pros
Great pay and benefits
Cons
Work life balance can be rocky at times but that's to be expected
Company has no integrity
District Manager set unrealistic goals and did not make any effort to help achieve them. They expect store to run with minimal staffing. Company does not offer competitive wages.

Fun for a broke college kid
title says it all. it is a good job if you are broke college kid and need free food. Raises are one quarter at a time when you beg for them. I worked there for 2 years and cant imagine making a living there.
Customers can be pretty mean
Can be fun and stressful at times due to being very busy. Good place to work for. Owners are great and easy to work for. Favorite job I've had. Hope to stay for a long time.
fun when you work with the right people
The only time you truly enjoy yourself is during medium periods (not too busy-not too boring) or when you actually like the people there. Other than that, it's repetitive. Management at my location was iffy, i was let go because i was unable to work full time and had a set schedule. Made 9.50/hr which isn't worth the stress of worrying about what would happen if you messed up once. I didn't even have a username/password for clocking in. Depends on your location, but in my experience, it was pretty bad. Loved the job in itself (working with food, people, creating), but stress caused by management can really ruin an experience for you. But i might be biased considering my old manager would yell at me via audio message.
Pros
coworkers are friendly, easy to learn
Fun work place
Easy way to make friends that last a life time, I enjoyed my time here. Had a blast talking while working and being able to listen to music entirely .
Pros
Fast paced and day is over before you know it
Not good work environment and don't raise pay
Never gave me a raise after promising one, never gave me hours. Raised their minimum pay to 12$ but gave me 9$ an hour still. Pretty meh environment with a manager that was terrible, not a fun place to work after your first couple months.
Cons
Everything besides free food
Good place to work for someone just getting into the workforce
Worked there in high school great coworkers management was great got food with every shift pay wasn't great idk what they pay now but I worked there for bout a year and a half at minimum wage but can get more for taking test great job for someone just getting into the workforce plenty of extra hours I was working 55+ a week plus school and basketball easy advancement doesn't seem to hard there could of moved into a asst manger position for 13$ but started my career in plumbing
Pros
Meals during work and take home plenty of overtime
Great Starting Job
Thus us a really great place to work when you're starting out. A more experienced employee may be frustrated at the poor pay, and that generally, the employees are young (high school aged) and inexperienced, and you may end up carrying more than your own weight.
Toxic Work Enviroment
Crew Member (Former Employee) - Boyle Heights, CA - November 17, 2021
This place was unprofessional. Manager had favorites and there was inappropriate relationships between coworkers. Fact paced environment with little to no support. High turnover rate. Great for a first job.
Pros
Great first job because they are only place desperate to hire teenagers
Cons
Rude staff, gossiping, unfair work hours
Alright
Was fun when working with the right people, pay was not nearly competitive at all. 8 dollars to make pizzas next to a oven at 475 degrees was not worth it at all
Great place
Management was always on their toes, fast paced and exciting. Lots of room for growth and advancement and always supported by others in the workplace.
Hard working respectable staff members
The Little Ceasars on State street in Provo, Utah I think is a good place to work at if you are looking for a job and you would like to try to prove that you have what it takes to be a great employee as well as if you would like to work in a pizza place for the first time. Not only did I start at a position that I already knew how to do when I started my first day there but the longer that I worked the more the more that most of the skills that I had have improved over time.
Pros
Good schedule flexibility if needed
its okay
Cashier (Former Employee) - Kentucky - November 16, 2021
its okay A wholesome appraisal process will consist of both positive and negative appraisal comments. Therefore, understand appraisals as a program where you have to find faults or only praise someone. Instead, conduct feedback that gives employees an overall understanding of where they can improve and excel. Furthermore, conduct your reviews in a regular and timely fashion.
A Positive Learning Experience
I learned a lot about myself in the position of assistant manager at Little Caesars. I worked there for a year before I needed to do something else. The people there, managers and co workers, were always great people to work with. Everyone was either positive and nice or generally just quiet and got what needed to be done, done. For myself I learned I didn't have the energy needed to continue to fuel the generally upbeat positive atmosphere. I say generally positive because the rushes could be stressful if you had new co workers or crazy orders that automated time estimates didn't account for. I enjoyed my time there and I recommend working at Little Caesars to anyone right out of high school who want to learn more about themselves. The best part overall though was that the owners (who were the managers) did a good job fostering a generally family like work environment that made working there kind of feel homely.
Pros
Free crazy bread on breaks and nice discount on meals
Cons
Tiny spaces (I'm a big guy)
A good starting job for a teen
Its fairly easy employees are ratchet and like to fight customers and each other not bad all the time but its definitely for those who cant find a job anywhere else.
Cons
Fighting bad enviorment
Its aight
Its little Caesars Pizza, not terribly difficult and after a few months you will most likely learn just about all there is to learn. Great entry level position for a first job though, especially for part time.
